Mossy Stump Candleholder

I love the nature and it´s everytime sad if a tree fell. But if the stump is still in the earth it will gives life to some other plants like moos. It´s the circle of life. This idea for a Candleholder comes to me as a surprise and during another working project making other Canldeholders. I tried the technique I used for my vase Stonetrees (which you can see here: arianetatsu.deviantart.com/art… ) with a smaler piece of Clay. The clay dried in a short time during the working process and the interesting texture was create. I used green glaze in the inside and after burning it look a lot like an old mossy stump in the middle of the forest, where you can put a little canlde in and enjoy the nice light which you can see through the hole. They are presents for my mother.
